This is it: super Bowl Sunday! The old adage You win the turnover battle, you win the game, is especially true come playoff time. Looking back at last seasons game, we find that the Patriots won the turnover battle 4-1, largely because of three Donovan McNabb interceptions. The Pats won the game 24-21, though they failed to cover. The year before, the Patriots and Panthers were even in the turnover department, 1-1. New England won again, 32-29, but failed to cover. Before that the Bucs had a huge edge in turnovers and destroyed the Raiders as a dog, 48-21, and before that the Patriots were a 14-point dog but won the turnover battle 3-0 in upsetting the Rams, 20-17.

Overall, the turnover department is huge. So who has the edge this Sunday? The Steelers are +7 on the season in turnovers, and the Seahawks are +9. not much of a difference. In the payoffs, the Steelers won the turnovers battle +2 in their win at cincinnati, and repeated that in a 34-17 rout at Denver in the AFC championship game with a +4 edge in turnovers. However, they were minus-2 against the Colts, yet won the game 21-18. Seattle won the turnover battle in the NFC championship rout of carolina (+4), but were actually minus-2 against the Redskins, but still prevailed, 20-10.

Perhaps the most intriguing aspect of this weeks super Bowl preparation has been the war of words. Seattle TE Jerramy Stevens made the cardinal sin of dissing the enemy this week, saying about RB Jerome Bettis, "It's a heartwarming story and all that, but it will be a sad day when he leaves without that super Bowl trophy. Oops! big mistake. Seattle coaches no doubt took him aside and told him to keep his trap shut. The last thing anyone should do before a big game is give verbal fodder to fire up the opposition.

Pittsburgh linebacker Joey Porter responded by saying that the Steelers will be so physical in the super Bowl they will try to make Seattle quit playing. Them sounds like fightin words, pardner! Porter said, "We're going to try to tap out as many people as we can. We're going to try to send as many people to the sideline as we can." Someone is going to look like a hero on Sunday night, saying the opponent fired them up.

Rest assured, players and coaches seize on stuff like this. I recall five years ago when the Steelers were a double digit favorite in the AFC championship game over the Patriots and made comments about how they already had their bags packed for the super Bowl. After the Patriots' 24-17 upset win, the New England players all spoke about how they were incensed that the Steelers would talk like that.

Added Porter, "Tell him he's soft. He's a tight end and I've never, ever been afraid of a tight end. They better not make him block me on Sunday. I bet they're not going to make that coaching mistake. Wow! You dont usually hear trash talk like that the week of the super Bowl.

Perhaps the most important thing to assess before this game is that the Seahawks have been outstanding at home the last few years, but mediocre on the road. Even this season they were 5-3 on the road, winning both playoff games at home. They have a significant edge at home partly because its a long road trip for opponents to Seattle, and also because of their 12th man -- their raucous fans. That home field caused more opponents to be called for false starts than at any other venue in the nfl this season. Thats also an edge the Seahawks wont be bringing to Detroit on Sunday. And theyll be facing a tough, Pittsburgh team that just dispatched cincinnati, indy and Denver all on the road! If Seattle wins this title, they will have to earn it without those edges. Time flies, when your having fun, but does aging sometimes make you feel sad or slightly depressed? yoga classes have given students a new appreciation of life. The realization that the clock is ticking; appears to be a path of physical and mental limitations for some of us. As we age, will we be less mobile, less wise, or a bit slow on our feet.

Lets discuss why; as you continue to practice Yoga, you will age gracefully and happily. How many times has your yoga teacher told you to be present for practice or to live in the moment? yoga teaches us to live right now as if it was our last day on earth.

Since we are living at the moment, we must give our lives purpose, meaning, and not be afraid to take a chance. Never look back with regret on the life, spouse, or job you could have had - if you only took a chance.

What is the worst that can happen? Nothing will be different than it was the day before. In the words of Alfred Lord Tennyson: I hold it true, whate'er befall; I feel it, when I sorrow most; 'Tis better to have loved and lost, Than never to have loved at all.

This brings to mind, wisdom, which comes with age. If we had only known what we know right now, things would be different. Well, there is no time like the present, so get all your knowledge together and take action this second.

Who cares how long you have been on this earth? There are no medals given for lack of action. Jesus once said, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk. The miracle at the pool of Bethesda required action.

For the past weeks, there were talks that microsoft is going to take advantage of the holiday season to offset the launch of the ps3 from Sony. It was speculated that there would be xbox 360 price slash. As a result, most gamers waited for the price slash and the PS3's release before deciding which console to get. However, to the disappointment of everyone, John Porcaro, US Microsoft's PR guy recently came out with a statement from the MS bigwigs that there would be no price slash for the newest Xbox model.

Quite understandably, since xbox 360 is already selling at half the value of the new Sony console. The cheaper Nintendo Wii targets a different gaming audience so microsoft does not consider it as a threat. Also, perhaps, there is some truth in what the UBS analysts predicted last year. According to UBS analysts, microsoft subsidizes the cost of their new console by $75. This is the reason they are able to sell for a lower price. Some rumors even persist that other than the subsidized $75, microsoft is losing as much as $100 per console. This is due to Microsoft's inability to produce their own core manufacturing systems. They get the parts of their core hardware still from Intel and NVIDIA which require them to pay royalties.

To add insult to injury, the company is reported to be still suffering from losses incurred from xbox sales. They reportedly used the same subsidy system for the older microsoft console. The math goes pretty bad for microsoft since the consoles have high production costs but are only sold at a meager price. Microsoft neither confirm nor deny these reports but they report that they have hit their mark for the year.

It is not a mystery how Microsoft was able to survive the losses. The company sells different console accessories and do effective marketing. Statistics reveal that most Microsoft console users have at least one accessory for enhancement of the game experience. Let's not even talk about the games. Most analysts suggest that the bulk of the gains Microsoft received this year was from the sales of game titles. With a new title release almost every month and DRM protection, games are mostly bought and owned individually. The games do not cost much when taken individually; the cost only becomes staggering when you think about the accumulated price. Microsoft gains from all these.

Regarding xbox 360 price slash, I think that consumers can still hope. The holiday market is a big one. It is also the time when people are more generous to themselves and others. Microsoft and their new xbox would have trouble resisting an opportunity such as this. Sony is pushing for a close to $600 price, and though expensive, there is somebody out there who would buy it. The holidays are times of giving and sharing, isn't it? But if the consumer is faced with a more difficult choice, say, three xbox 360s for one ps3, the balance usually tips to the more economical side. Same quality, cheaper price, more people can enjoy it. That is what you call spreading holiday cheer.

Since its opening in 1982, Epcot at walt Disney World in Orlando Florida continues to be rated as one of the most popular theme parks in the world. Million of visitors come from all over the globe to visit this top-notch theme park. Epcots blend of education and entertainment make it an enjoyable experience for guests of all ages.

Visitors to other disney theme parks, like the Magic Kingdom and Disneyland may be used to the crowded areas and slow moving lines that cause a great deal of stress to their guests. The design and layout of Epcot is more conducive to park touring, allowing guests to roam more freely without feeling crowded or packed in at any park area.

When planning your visit to Epcot try to allow two full days to touring the park. Epcot is nearly 300 acres and has two sections, Future World and World Showcase. Future World usually opens at 9am but closes around 7pm, two hours before Epcots closing time. World Showcase opens at 11am and stays open until 9pm. The popular Illuminations show begins each night at 9pm and is considered the finale before the parks closing.

If you are able to visit Epcot for more than one day you will be able to visit at a more leisurely pace. It is suggested that you visit the attractions at Future World as the park opens, and then make your way into World Showcase. Your first day at Epcot will be spent mostly in Future World, with such popular attractions as Soarin, mission Space and Test Track. most major attractions at Epcot can be found in the different pavilions, The land, Living Seas, Universe of Energy, etc. You should allow about one hour when visiting each pavilion as the attractions include pre-shows and most times a wait on line. Disneys FastPass feature allows you to secure a return time (with a one hour window) so that you may return to the popular attraction at a set time and enjoy a shorter wait time. Currently the FastPass system is installed on the most popular attractions such as Soarin, and Test Track.

When you move into World Showcase you will get to visit the different countries represented here at Epcot. Guests will visit eleven pavilions for such countries as Canada, Mexico, Norway and China. Some countries feature movies or rides, while others are mostly shops and recreations of popular tourist attractions such as the Eiffel Tower. With some planning, your visit to Epcot can be one of the most enjoyable vacations you will ever have!
